Canadian Customers

Orders placed today will be fulfilled within 1-4 weeks. While we try our very best to make sure orders go out promptly sometimes we get unexpected influxes that can ultimately cause delays. We truly thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct for the date of shipment. Changes to your address must be made before your order ships. Once the order has left, you must contact the courier yourself to arrange a change of address, and pay any applicable fees.

Pretty please triple check your address before hitting submit.

All orders placed on wolfandaster.com destined for Canadian mailing addresses may be subject to duties/taxes/customs fees or other fees levied by the Canadian Government.

All fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All fees are remitted to the Canadian Border Service Agency. We do not control nor profit from these fees and are unable to reduce or remove the fees, much to our chagrin. 

U.S Customers

Please note that you may experience a wait of up to 5 weeks. We know it's a long time to wait but we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that we are able to reduce any extra charges as much as possible. 

All orders placed on wolfandaster.com destined for United States of America mailing addresses may be subject to duties/taxes/customs/brokerage/tariff fees or other fees levied by the American Government.

All fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not control nor profit from these fees and are unable to reduce or remove the fees, much to our chagrin. 

We are not responsible for returns due to unpaid fees. We will not refund the goods but may resend if customer pays shipping. Please expect delays during this time (these are out of our control) and it is very expensive for us to deal with packages where the customer rejected the tariff charge, therefore no refund will be issued.

General

If your package must be re-shipped due to incorrect address, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees.

If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for contacting us. If returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or it was held at the post office too long, you can either pay the shipping cost for us to reship the order or we can issue a store credit for the value of the order minus the cost of shipping.

We are not responsible for stolen/missing packages. We are also not responsible for orders than encounter delays at he United States border.

Please note that in the event of a preorder item the shipping time posted on the product page is always the most up to date in regards to date of shipping

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to harassment or bullying, whether online or in person. This includes trying to shame the business instead of contacting customer service for assistance. Upon cancellation, you will forfeit your $5 cancellation fee, and be refunded the remaining balance. 

We will not allow you to bully our team online.

You have 7 days from the date your order was delivered to report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items. 

These claims will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and the resolution will be at the discretion of Wolf + Aster.

If your items are missing and/or damaged, we may issue a full or partial store credit. We do not offer refunds or replacements.

We do not offer returns on non-damaged products, but this may evaluated on a case by case basis.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless there is a manufacturing defect int he item received.

Wolf + Aster is not responsible for parcels lost in transit, we strongly recommend getting tracked return shipping.

Process

Please email info@wolfandaster.com with your order number and pictures of defects/damage.

We will email you back with a return label and authorization number. Please ensure this number is in the parcel.

After product has been received we will issue store credit.
